A 56-year-old woman received £60,000 in relation to the dental treatment she received.
The claimant had almost all of her teeth removed and had subsequently suffered problems with dentures. In 2005 she started private dental treatment to fit dental implants and connect them using bridgework.

A case for compensation that is being heard in the High Court has been adjourned until Tuesday. It centres on the claim for future loss of earnings and medical expenses which may total over £14 million for a man, who at this time remains anonymous. His life has been shattered following irreversible left kidney failure and nerve damage that he suffered during the course of an operation to donate his right kidney to his father.

We have been instructed by a number of clients who have expressed concerns about treatment and general medical negligence they, or their loved ones, have received from Dr Joseph Motwani, who was employed as a Consultant Cardiologist at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth from 1999.
