David recently represented a client who was diagnosed as suffering from the asbestos cancer, Mesothelioma. He was successful in recovering the sum of £105,000 in respect of damages which not only compensated for the physical symptoms the client was suffering from but also paid for nursing care and alterations to the client's house. This is often a very important factor in cases such as this.
