Barry Bayley

Background:

Barry acts for a wide range of clinical negligence claimants, including cases involving cerebral palsy and birth injuries, brain and spinal injuries, surgical issues and delayed diagnoses. Barry is a member of the Specialist Clinical Negligence panels of both the Solicitors' Regulation Authority and AvMA (Action against Medical Accidents). He is accredited as a Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and has been mentioned in Chambers & Partners "Guide to the UK Legal Profession" for his work in this area. He is also approved by the Spinal Injuries Association and Headway.
